CVRR-at-the-Gym is now at the Comox Rec Centre!

Attending CVRR sponsored runs requires you to sign a waiver. If you are already a CVRR member, you signed this waiver when you joined the club. If you are not a CVRR member, select the CVRR Membership/Waiver link below to go to our Race Roster registration site. Signing the waiver allows you to try club activities for 31 days for free. If you intend to be a regular participant, please purchase a club membership.

Work out with CVRR-at-the-Gym on Fridays! Hopefully, you will find these one-hour sessions for runners beneficial to your strength, endurance, and overall physical health. 

CVRR-At-The-Gym is now at a new venue – the Comox Recreation Centre at 1855 Noel Ave. Our new time is 5:00-6:00 PM. Please show up 15 minutes early to find our location and help with setup. Note that if July 10th happens, we will be providing our own instructor – stay tuned. There are no sessions on July 24th, July 31st and Aug 7th, as we will be taking a summer break. You can look forward to a wonderful mixture of different instructors and exercise types in these new gym sessions!
