CVRR-at-the-Gym
Join our weekly CVRR-at-the-Gym on Fridays at the Lewis Centre in Courtenay. One-hour sessions start at 5:00 pm, but arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in and equipment setup. These sessions are no-cost, but only for CVRR members.

- Oct 20: Functional lifts for runners (this would be circuit style) using equipment like kettlebells, medballs, small bars, mats, etc.
- Oct 27: Bodyweight Blast using equipment like bosu, exercise balls, and mats
- Nov 3:. TRX & Core
- Nov 10: HIIT using equipment like small weights, medballs, bosu balls, small bars and spin bikes
- Nov 17: Functional lifts for runners (this would be circuit style) using equipment like kettlebells, medballs, small bars, mats, etc.
- Nov 25: Bodyweight Blast using equipment like bosu, exercise balls, and mats
- Dec 1: TRX & Core
- Dec 8: HIIT using equipment like small weights, medballs, bosu balls, small bars and spin bikes
- Dec 15: Special session.
