Tuesday Track Workout

Runners of all abilities will thrive in this free program. Speed work not only increases how fast you can run, but helps you improve your form and strength.

Pool Running

This no-impact running activity is great for the off season to stay sharp and keep your endurance up. You decide how hard of a workout you want.

5KM Running Clinic

This clinic is for all abilities as we break into groups depending on your speed. From walkers to 5k racers, you will get a good workout as well as go home with lots of new knowledge about running the 5k distance.

Run4Fun Kids

Calling all little ones! These runs are geared towards kids aged x-xx. Games and activities will get the kids running while we help them develop their form.
