Pool Running Starts on October 22, 2025!

Attending CVRR sponsored runs requires you to sign a waiver. If you are already a CVRR member, you signed this waiver when you joined the club. If you are not a CVRR member, select the CVRR Membership/Waiver link below to go to our Race Roster registration site. Signing the waiver allows you to try club activities for 31 days for free. If you intend to be a regular participant, please purchase a club membership.

When the weather gets mucky, run with us in the pool! We’re fun, friendly, and you can work hard if you want to. Pool running is a low-impact way to add another running workout to your week that also helps with your recovery!

Each week, a coach will lead the workout, so you’ll know what to do.

When is it?

We meet Wednesdays from 7:00 – 8:00 pm from October 22nd to December 17th, and from January 7th to March 11th. Sessions will be noted on the CVRR.ca calendar.

  • 7:00 – Warm up in the pool with your “float” on
  • 7:10 – Interval workout with alternating easy/hard efforts
  • 7:45 – Cool-down and/or dynamic stretching
  • 7:50 – Hot tub!
