Tuesday Night Track
Runners of all abilities will thrive in this coached program, included with your CVRR membership. Speed work not only increases how fast you can run, but helps you improve your form and strength.

Pool Running
This no-impact running activity is great for the off season to stay sharp and keep your endurance up. You decide how hard of a workout you want. Sessions are part of your CVRR memberhip!

Thursday Night Trails (TNT)
Thursday Night Trails keeps you engaged and building your base. This 60-minute workout takes place on Comox Valley trails in the summer and features urban hills in winter.

CVRR-at-the-gym
On Friday afternoons at the Courtenay Lewis Centre activity room, participate in strength-building exercises to increase your speed, endurance and overall physical health. Participation is no extra cost with your CVRR membership!

5K Running Clinic (Saturdays Jan-Mar)
This clinic is for all abilities as we break into groups depending on your speed. From walkers to 5K racers, you will get a good workout as well as go home with lots of new knowledge about running the 5K distance.

Saturday Morning Trail Runs
Explore local trails at four different venues (Nymph Falls, Wildwood Forest, One Spot Trail and Seal Bay Park) on a rotating basis.

Sunday Taste of Trails
Try some easier Cumberland trails. Experienced trail runners lead smaller groups at different paces. Plan to run a shorter distance, at a slower pace, than other group trail runs.
